Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of xyz area. I moved in recently and would like to pen down my concern for the unhygienic condition in the housing. The garbage is just scattered in the road and foul smell is emerging from the wastes. As we experience rain this season, the garbage in the roads are just washed away by the rains into the houses.

This results in a unhygienic condition and prone to many water borne diseases. This also provides a favorable condition for mosquito to breed and so increasing the chances of malaria and dengue.  

So, I kindly request you to clean the housing area and to disinfect the roads with disinfectants. I also request you to kindly place a garbage can for the collection of garbage from the houses and clear the can twice a week.
