In order to loose weight a 14 yaer old teenager misses out on breakfast, has only fruit juice and salads for lunch and dinner.Is this the correct diet for loosing weight? If not explain why?

No it is not correct cause..
1.Its a growing age
2.we need lot of nutrition and protiens
3.food is essential for health
4.fruits and jucies are good for your health but at certain extent it is not
