According to me this diet is not suitable as this will affect his health. He will be laking meat, eggs, fish, rice, dals, spices which are a rich source of nutrition. This will lead to the state of being depressed, energy less, drowsiness and even severe harmful diseases. If he has excess weight then also he should eat healthy foods and avoid fatty foods. He should eat everything in right amount. He should have enough sleep and should do exercise such as football, yoga, swimming, jogging, etc.which will make him sweat.
Here's a proper diet for a day.
6 am - Boiled eggs and tea
8 am - Cornflakes or roti-sabji.
12pm - Rice,dal,sabji,sweets,fish(meat once a week).
4pm -Coffe or milk and biscuits.
6pm-Anything you want.
9pm-Roti,dal,sabji,low fried home made chips.

Hope you like it.
