Actually heart never take rest and as your prediction intakes rest for four seconds, but in this four second the totalbody functioning will stop so it is not right

Its right that heart slows down when we are sleeping, but it never stops as any organ takes rest to reenergizes itself, but heart has mtochondria it doesn't need to stop to reenergize itself

But as you are saying so heart takes rest for 4 seconds.
