In our country for many years we had rule of law but not equality before law .how do u think the two are different.

In our country there is the rule of law, according to the Indian Constitution everyone is equal p in law, it is only written over there but the actual truth is that the rich people provide fake witnesses and save themselves and only the poor get punished in most of the cases.
