In our country why there is a difference between rich and poor (don't say that "rich has money and poor doesn't I expect an different answer) why no one gets equal opportunities ? please answer briefly

Due to the unequal access to available resources. Rich have total access on available resources due to which rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer.
