It is called as belly button which is a after-birth and the expulsion stage of post-natal pregnancy which further has an umbilical cord attached to that region called belly button. The navel region also accumulates cotton fibres which are always present when you are wearing a cotton hosiery or a product which contains cotton or equivalent like dead skin cells from the flaky region of epidermal layer or some pollen grains from the environment or extracted when you rub the body against that material. The tummy button is a mark which is prominent and visible on the abdominal region from where the umbilical cord detaches (after the cutting from a clamp including a clip for cutting the section area).
