no actually........it should not be the women be blamed but only men.....
a human being has 46 pairs of chromosomes and the 23 pairs of chromosomes comes from the male and another 23 from female
the chromosome pair in male is XY
and the one with female is XX
so if a male baby is born XY and female XX so it is ony the Y chromosome that decides the sex of the baby Y chromosome occurs ony in male.....
