Yes, it is true that "In our society talking to a stranger is not okay but marrying one is okay".

This is so because our society is a hypocritical one....

This is because it is a common belief of our society that a girl should never to a stranger (male) because it may question her character.If a girl still does so then people cook up stories like the boy and girl and not just friends and all...which is totally disappointing.

But we can marry a stranger just because our parents have selected that particular guy for us(which according to the society is absolutely correct).One other reason is also that love marriages are not yet well accepted in our society.People can even get killed because of eloping with their loved one.

Actually this is really improper...The thing is that our tradition things that talking to strangers means u r not worried what will happen to you , According to them talking to strangers is equal to be shameless.

Wheareas in marriage u can marry a stranger bcz the elders decided whats good for you ...

We need to grow out of this small mentality to get a developed nation.
