In our society there is many people using condom and throw it in road? why? ​

because now there is a awareness in our society about the harmful affect of the population exploision

Due to the spreading of awareness and education people are being informed about it's importance so they are using it without any hesitation.

But due to lack of proper education and proper values they are throwing it in the roadside without proper disposal.

Also people are quite lazy to dispose it properly
