One important note: Is the line PM perpendicular to QR?

If so like my comment, if not rate it and I'll edit my answer.

Answer:

So in triangle PQR,QR=60

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN:- In triangle PQR, Seg PM is median PQ2+PR=148 and PM=7,(QM=RM)

FIND:- QR

PQ2+PR2=2PM2+2QM2+RM2

148 = 2QM2

120 =2 QM2

120/2 = QM2

60 =QM2.
