In parallel operation of Transformers there is a condition- ‘Transformers should have equal per unit leakage impedance’. In parallel operation of Alternators, we ignore the above condition, why?

Transformers should have equal per unit leakage impedance:
The transformer is an equipment which supplies electric current to multiple circuits. A transformer has two winding that are connected in parallel connection. An alternator is an generator that provides alternating current. Alternator is connected to power supply.
A transformer should have equal per unit leakage impedance to share equal load. If there is unequal load sharing then there is mismatch in line voltages. When two transformers work with high and low power factor then there is no real power sharing.
An alternator requires no such condition because the alternator synchronizes with power supply and produces current alternating. Thus, there is no need for equal supply of power (equal per unit leakage impedance).
