We know that the opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal i.e.,

<A = <C and <B = <D

Now we know that,

<A + <B + <C + <D = 360° ..........(Angle sum property)

3x + 12° + 2x - 32° + 3x +12° + 2x - 32° = 360°

10x - 40 = 360

10x = 400

x = 40

Answer: x = 40°

Step-by-step explanation:

In a parallelogram, opposite angles are equal

∴ ∠A = ∠C = (3x+12)°

  ∠B = ∠D = (2x-32)°

Sum of all the angles of a parallelogram = 360°

∠A + ∠B + ∠C + ∠D = 360°

(3x+12)° + (2x-32)° + (3x+12)° + (2x-32)° = 360°

3x° + 12° + 2x° - 32° + 3x° + 12° + 2x° - 32° = 360°

10x° - 40° = 360°

10x° = 360° + 40°

10x° = 400°

x° = 400°/10

x° = 40°
