Ar(ABCD) = bh

= AB x DL= 10 x 6

= 60 cm2 ...(1)

ar (ABCD) = bh= AD x BM

= AD x 8 cm2 ... (2)

From (1) and (2) ,

60 cm2

= AD x 8

:.

AD = 60/8= 7.5 cm
