in parallelogram abcd angle a = (3x+12)° angle b = (2x-32)° find value of x and measures of angle a and angle b​

Answer:

∠A=(3x+12)°

∠B=(2x−32)°

Now sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is 180°

⇒∠A+∠B=180°

⇒3x+12+2x−32=180

⇒5x−20=180

⇒5x=200

⇒x=40

So

∠A= (3(40)+12)°= 132°

∠B= (2(40)−32)°= 48°

Now opposite angles in a parallelogram are equal

⇒∠A=∠C and ∠B=∠D

∴∠C=132°

and ∠D=48°
