Angles of Parallelogram

Answer: four angles of parallelogram that is quadrilateral ABCD are ∠A = 115° , ∠B = 65° , ∠C = 115° and ∠D = 65°.

Explanation:

Given that in a parallelogram ABCD , ∠ A = ∠B + 50°

Need to find measure of each angles

lets assume ∠ B = x

so ∠A = x + 50

AS CONSECUTIVE ANGLES OF PARALLELOGRAM ARE SUPPLEMENTARY

⇒ ∠A  + ∠B= 180°

⇒ (x + 50) + x = 180°

⇒ 2x = 180 - 50

⇒ 2x = 130

⇒ x = 130/2 = 65°

so Now we have ∠B = x = 65° and ∠A = x + 50 = 115°.

Also OPPOSITE ANGLES OF PARALLELOGRAM ARE EQUAL

⇒ ∠C  = ∠A = 115° and ∠ D = ∠ B = 65°

Hence four angles of parallelogram that is quadilateral ABCD are ∠A = 115° , ∠B = 65° , ∠C = 115° and ∠D = 65°.
