In parallelogram opposite angles are equal,

 = > 4x - 5 = 3x + 10

 = > 4x - 3x = 10 + 5

 = > x = 15

 = > Q = 4(15) - 5 = 60 - 5 = 55

In parallelogram sum of adjacent angles is 180°.

  = > R = 180 - Q = 180 - 55 = 125

Angle R = 125° and Angle Q = 55°

Hope this answer helps you ^_^ !
