In Pathology lab, to separate the insoluble solids from the blood, we use an equipment, called- Centrifuge.

A centrifuge is a piece of equipment that puts an object in rotation around a fixed axis, applying a force perpendicular to the axis of spin that can be very strong.

The centrifuge works using the sedimentation principle, where the centrifugal acceleration causes denser substances and particles to move outward in the radial direction.

Answer ⇒ Centrifuge. which is a machine used for this purpose. Sometimes we also uses the separate Instruments or materials,  which Consist of, Glass Rod, Filter Paper, and one Container. Also the Blood.

Explanation ⇒ The Insoluble Blood left after the Corpuscles have been removed from it is called as the Fibrinogen. It is a Insoluble materials.

To separate it from the blood, we need one rod. and one paper.

After keeping blood in container we need to rotate the blood so that the fibrinogen can come in the middle and we should extract it with the help of the filter paper.

Thus the Equipment needed are,

Glass Rod, Paper, and one Container. Also the Blood.

Hope it helps .
