In physics they say that energy can not be created nor be destroyed. Then how are energy formed in mitochondria in form of ATP's

citric acid or krebs cycle produce a chemical that called nadh . NADH is used by enzymes embedded in the mitochondrial inner membrane to generate ATP ... in atp energy is Torrent installed in the form of chemical bond these bonds can be open and redeem the energy

energy can not be created nor be destroyed but can be changed from one state to another..

so it changes the source of energy to ATP.
