Plant and trees, after fertilisation the ovary matures to form the fruit.

EXPLANATION:

The occurance of fertilization in plant is is because of the  result of penetration of pollen tube in the ovule, which releases two sperms. The ovule becomes the seed 'encasing the embryo'. The ovary which contains the ovules develops in to fruit after the process of fertilization. The fruit may be either 'fleshy' or 'dry'  or like 'parchment' enclosing the seeds.
