The special organelle is plastid.
- The plastids special organelles of the plant cells which contains different types of pigments. Due to different types of pigments, the different colours of different parts of the plant, are formed.
- The green leaves mostly contain the plastids named as the chloroplast. This chloroplasts contain a pigment known as chlorophyll which caused the green colour of the leaves.
- But, the fruits, flowers contain chromoplasts which causes the different colours due to the presence of different pigments.
