Explanation:

The phosphate ions is made up of 4 oxygen atoms and 1 phosphorus atom along with overall charge of -3.

Number of double bonds on phosphorous atom with oxygen atom= 1

Number of single bonds on phosphorous atom with oxygen atom= 3

Number of lone pair present on phosphorus atom - 0

Where as number of lone pairs on single bonded oxygen atom are 3 and on the double bonded oxygen atom is 2.
