Hey mate!!

The poet says that the banner special Olympic would not jave been nearer the mark because, he tell that it was his pleasure so see such a good quality of human beings.

As soon as the youngest of the participant falls down all the other eight go to help him without any feeling of selfishness.. This event had marked the Olympics special and tell that if the thing was not seen by him the banner of special Olympics was not have been nearer the mark.

Hope this helps you.

Mark as brainliest.

Answer:

Answer. The banner was appropriately worded as that specific Olympics event became special not because the participants were differently abled but because of their spirit and cooperation. These lines are from the song 'Nine Gold Medals', written by the American vocalist David Roth.
