In power point which toolbar provides different options in various views

respective view buttons at the bottom right of the power point window or select the view and then the respective command on the menu bar. For e.g. if you want to choose Normal view, select  View-normal command on the menu bar.

There are three view to select

1. Normal View

2. slide shorter view

3. slide show view
