Well truly said that - "In the present era students ignore the importance of health and fitness due to cut throat competition".
Have you ever thought about the importance of fitness in one's life??? what can be the negative result of not maintaining fitness in one's life???
If we don't do regular exercises then we become lazy and grows fat around our body.
It's been almost impossible for us - the Indians to push a day to the edge of tomorrow without sparing time for physical exercises. Even though it's a healthy practice to exercise your body, we are doing these to appease the diseases that are being haunting us. Diseases that are caused due to our unhealthy way of taking junk foods and our own indolence.
Rather most of us being appeased to do exercises, it makes us fit inside and out; We won't be vulnerable of getting caught by health conditions like diabetes, obesity, cholesterol etc. We do exercises as a pastime too; not quite all.
Swimming, jogging, cycling, hiking, trekking etc. are endurance exercises. These exercises are cardiovascular endurance initiators. These helps to enrich the functions of heart, blood vessels, lungs etc.
A person who follows a healthy diet along with regular exercises could live a life obliterating almost every health conditions that halt a free and happy living.
