In prokaryotes if there is no differentiation between nucleoplasm and cytoplasm ,why does the enzyme present in cyt
oplasm not
digest the nucleoplasm?

there is no nucleoplasm in prokaryotic cells. all nuclear material lies scattered in cytoplasm only. so there is no chance that enzymes present in cytoplasm digest nucleoplasm
