hey friend!!!!
given,
In quadrilateral ABCD,
angle A = 60 degree,
angle B = 80 degree,
angle C = 65 degree
angle D=?
sum of interior angles in a quadrilateral is 360°
60+80+65+?=360
?=360-205
angle D=155°
convex quadrilateral is the quadrilateral in which the opposite angles make 180°
angleA+angleC
and
angleB +angleD
does not make 180°
so, it is not a convex quadrilateral
hope this helps u ;)

step by step explanationo
we know sum of angle of triangle is 360⁰ degree
since, <A+<B+<C+<D = 360⁰
<D = 360⁰- 205⁰ = 155⁰
