In quadrilateral ACBD, we have AC = AD and AB being the bisector of ∠A.
Now, In ∆ABC and ∆ABD,
AC = AD (Given)
∠ CAB = ∠ DAB ( AB bisects ∠ CAB)
and AB = AB (Common)
∴ ∆ ABC ≅ ∆ABD (By SAS congruence axiom)
∴ BC = BD (By CPCT)
