Angle opposite to  equal sides are equal

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: PQRS is a quadrilateral in which PQ=PS and RQ=RS

To Prove: ∠PQR=∠PSR

Now as shown in figure

In Δ PQS

PQ= PS

As we know angle opposite to equal sides are equal

∴ ∠PQS=∠PSQ ----(i)

Similarly

In ΔRSQ

RQ= RS

∴∠RQS=∠RSQ ----(ii)

Now i+ ii we get

∠PQS+∠RQS=∠PSQ+∠RSQ

⇒∠PQR=∠PSR

Hence proved
