in rainy season clothes do not dry quickly why is this so.​

The moisture level in air on rainy days is near to saturation moisture level(the amount of water content the air can hold at a certain temperature), so when wet clothes are left to dry on rainy days, the water content from the clothes does not decrease causing the clothes to retain their wetness.
