in rainy season does evaporation is faster or what's the logic behind so much rain???

In rainy season the evaporation is not faster rather evaporation doesn't takes place as the temperature of the Earth is not maximum to vapouris ethe water into it's gaseous form..The logic behind so much of rain is as the clouds are formed they get heavier and heavier after continuous evaporation . After a certain time they fall on Earth . If the amount of evaporated water is more then more rain will occur...

I think in rainy season evaporation is not faster because that time rain very fast and there is not proper evaporation.
