in rainy season the water evaporates then the water comes down,in summer season the water more evaporates but rains are not there whhhhhhhhyyyyyyyy in summer season the rains are coming 1 or 2 rains only but in that season the water more evaporates but rain is less whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy​

It's because of absolute humidity :-

More the temp of air more the vapour it can hold and viceversa
