There are 250 Memebers in Rajya Sabha. Two of them are Anglo-Indians.
Those Anglo-Indians are nominated by The President of India to represent the Anglo-Indian community.
We know that the British rules India for nearly 200 years. So, many British people settled here. Their descendants who took birth in India gained the Indian citizenship, but since their origin has roots from Britain, they are regarded as Anglo-Indian.
So two of them are nominated. However, since they are nominated, they don't participate in the Election of the President of India. They only lack this power.
