The value of Kc is the concentration of product raise to its stotiometric coefficient divided by the concentration of reactant raise to its stotiometric coefficient.

For reaction,

2 A  3 B

Kc = [B]3 /[A]2

For reaction, N2O4  2 NO2

Kc = [NO2]2 / [N2O4]

Hence, Kc for the reaction is [NO2]2 / [N2O4]
