In resonance the pi eletrons transfer to another bond but they are bonded doesn't that affect the electrons leaving that bond?​

Each resonance structures follows the rules of writing Lewis Structures. The hybridization of the structure must stay the same. The skeleton of the structure can not be changed (only the electrons move). Resonance structures must also have the same number of lone pairs.
