∠A = ∠C and ∠B = ∠D

And ∠A + ∠D = 180, ∠D + ∠C = 180, ∠C + ∠B = 180 and ∠B + ∠A = 180

Then

∠A = 3X + 20

∠C = X + 30

So, from above conclusion

3X + 20 = X + 30

3X - X = 30 - 20

2X = 10

X = 10/2

X = 5

Then

∠A = 3*5 + 20

∠A = 15 + 20

∠A = 35

Again from above conclusion    

∠A + ∠B = 180

35 + ∠B = 180

∠B = 180 - 35

∠B = 145

Hence, the measure of ∠B is 145.
