According to Pythagoras Theorem,

 {15}^{2}  +  {8}^{2}  =  {(hyp.)}^{2}  \\ 225 + 64 =  {(hyp.)}^{2}  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 289 =  {(hyp.)}^{2}  \\ hyp. =  \sqrt{289}  \\ hyp = 17....

Length of Hypotenuse = 17 cm ......
