In scattering of light, parallel incident rays are not reflected parallel. why?

  • not on rought surface thats why ....

The straight line along which the light travels is called Ray of light In regular reflection, a parallel beam of incident light is reflected as a parallel beam in one direction.... In this case the parallel incident ray do not remain parallel after reflection, they are not scattered in different directions.
