Answers
Hi, so to answer your question:
Hallucinations and delusion are the ONLY POSITIVE symptoms. The reason why, is that these are like new additions to normal human behaviour. It is something that people start doing or experiencing.
Whereas, ALL OTHER symptoms are NEGATIVE, like alogia (not speaking or speaking very little), or anhedonia (not finding pleasure in any sort of activities like previous hobbies or even sex).
The reason why they're called negative symptoms is that they inhibit or stop normal human behaviour from happening. Like, stopping them from feeling or talking or maintaining hygiene. Since they are taking away what a person once had, they are referred to as -ve symptoms.
I hope it helps!
