i.e. in percentage they get

$A=\frac{275}{300}\times 100= 91.67\%$

In school B, 120 out of 150 students revived an A grade.

i.e. in percentage they get

$B=\frac{120}{150}\times 100= 80\%$

As percentage of school A is greater than school B.

So, School A has a better record.
