In schools they asks and tell us not to buy plastic .They say it is harmful for everyone but they themselves sell the bookwrapers which is made of plastic. They can even sell wrappers made of papers right?

Ya they can sell paper cover also. But they don't do it because they don't get much money if they sell paper wrappers compared to cover wrappers. But not all schools do this.take it easy.
