The correct answer is -  A product increment that is potentially ready for customer delivery.

In Scrum, the teams attempt to build a potentially shippable product increment every Sprint. The product may be too small but still, it has to produced to be shippable.

In the Scrum method of Agile software development, work is confined to a regular, repeatable work cycle, known as a sprint or iteration. Every Sprint contains a combination of analysis, design, infrastructure, development, testing, and integration.

Well the answer of your question is “ A perfect product increment which is shippable product”

This is done regardless of the size even it is too small. The whole team built the product which is ready for the delivery to the customer . So the product is produced regardless of it is basic or not. Every sprint is actually consist of  analysis combinations, also the design, testing and even the integration etc.In this placing an emphasis essentially creates a sense of motivation in the owner of the product in order to give priority to the release of most of the essential functions and also helps to the developers so that they could only concentrate on the short term goals.
