Given :

Interest for 2 years = ₹ 6,200
Interest for 3 years = ₹ 7,400

Find the Interest for 1 years :-

Interest for 1 years = ₹ (7400 - 6200) = ₹ 1200

Find the Interest for 2 years :-

Interest for 1 years = ₹ 1200
Interest for 2 years = ₹ (1200 × 2) = ₹ 2400

Find the principle :-

Principle = 6200 - Interest for 2 years
= ₹ (6200 - 2400)
= ₹ 3800

Principle = ₹ 3800
