Yes people on such social media websites do such things but such people who such things are like minded and we cannot do anything about it as we don't know who is behind the screen and such apps can't ban it take action against a large number of people because this would affect their market shares and earning. For example terrorist groups still upload on Facebook like apps to influence Muslim communities.
