or rural town' and they waste what little is left on expensive entertainments, which they
would have no need for in a rural area. In addition to the financial cost, they also pay
dearly in terms of physical and mental health as their bodies and minds are threatened
daily by pollution, accidents, robbery, violence and the diseases caused by overcrowding.​
