Answer:

I can not imagine how the genes in general may be involved in the transport of seed storages. Given that the initial steps of utilization of protein, lipid and carbohydrate linked to enzymes which are synthesized prior to germination! It is more likely that these processes are associated with random features in the evolution of the formation of seeds of different species than to "think" god as a genetic engineer the best way for optiomal development. I think it's a long way off the fact - randomness, and only the genes and enzymes and their modifications, and much more so hormones purely randomly entered in this case the picture. For answer we must not look for genes but must look for promoters and transcription factors at the stage of the ovary.
