In some societies, the number of crimes committed by teenagers is growing. Some people think that regardless of age, teenagers who commit major crimes should receive adult punishment.

I don't agree this statement onto 0% extent .
because teenage is the age when there are n's of hormonal, emotional, and physical changes , which led to crimes .
I strongly disagree with the statement provided above.
Teenagers are definitely different from adults and have a different mindset. They don't think like adults and the crimes committed by them is not always pre-planned and also they don't have much knowledge about what they will be doing will be committing a crime.
In most of the cases related to delinquents or juveniles, it is seen that the crime committed by them is either under some emotional process of Thinking or under peer pressure or anything like that and these things are considered as things related to immaturity. Law doesn't do wrong by providing the juveniles with another chance as it provides them with a chance to change what they have done in their immature age.
