hey mate here is your answer

It is true there are despair and diseases pervading the lives of the slum children, yet they are hot devoid of hope. There is hope that the governor, teacher, inspector, and the generous people living in the society will do more for them and make their lives better. The Government will spend more money on them and provide them allowance to meet their basic needs. There will be better schools and they will be provided better place to live. And the people will help the Government.

Hope that helps you!!
