in states like rajasthan,the farmers use drip irrigation system in spite of sprinkler system.why?

because drip irrigation is a method in which water get not loss ...while in sprinkle system excess of water gets loss. as we know that rajasthan like place there is hot climate .that's why we use drip irrigation in rajasthan

Because in states like Rajasthan, there is already lack of water since its mostly dry area.

So as to conserve water the farmers use drip irrigation system in their fields.
