In steady state of heat conduction a 30cm rod has temp. 90℃ and 15℃ at its both ends respectively. Determine the value of temp. at 10cm from the first end.

Solution- Temperature gradient = 90-15/30 = 90-Theta/10

= 75/3 = 90-Theta

Theta = 90-25 = 65℃.
